Drawing value achieves the yield strength value of the steel bar.

A, Drilling positioning alignment: according to the design drawings, positioning and aligning at the parts that need to anchor(subject to  the baseline that party A provides). the size of the original structure that the drawings indicate and the actual value may have certain error, so for the positioning of added components must combine with the actual size of original structure to carry out the integrated positioning and alignment. Firstly determining the contour line of the component, and then determining the position of the anchorage and drilling, letting the measuring staff test if it is accurate.
B, Grinding: grinding the parts of beams that are sure to need anchorage, the degree of grinding thickness is 3 -- 5 mm, removing the regolith of the structure surface.
C, Drilling: using electric hammer to drill in the calibrated position, when meeting the steel bar, adjusting the drilling hole’s location, avoiding the steel bar reasonably, the depth of  hole must reach the requirements of design drawings or technology.
D, Hole cleaning: after drilling, cleaning up the dust around the hole, cleaning the inside of the hole with a brush. cleaning the hole wall using a  cotton yarn with acetone, making the hole clean and dry.If the hole is wet, we must use hot air blower to dry the hole or to switch to  use anchor adhesive that is suitable for damp environment. After hole cleaning, block off the hole with a clean cotton yarn tightly to prevent dust and other debris from falling into.
E, Steel bar rust removal: steel bar for anchorage must be used strictly in accordance with the model and specifications that the design requires. according to the anchorage length and parts, finishing the rust removal. the length of rust removal is 5cm longer than the length of embedment.Using steel wire brush to clean the steel bar surface of the area that has been removed the rust in order to polish metallic luster. Demanding that the rust removal is even and clean. don’t have any area that hasn’t been removed dust. piling up all the processed steel bar in order according to their classification, and indicating their name clearly by category.
F, Anchorage and  injecting adhesive: putting the anchorage adhesive into the hole until reaching the two-thirds depth of the hole, and rotating the side of the part of the steel bar anchorage and inserting into the hole. discharging the air of the hole, placing the steel bar along one direction, fixing the steel bar when it is a bit solid. when implanting difficultly, knocking with hammers immediately. for longer steel bar, preparing to tie it ahead of time, try not to let it skew; after implanting the Steel bar, it is advisable that a small number of adhesive overflow out of the hole.
G, Solidification and maintenance: implanted steel bar should be protected well. don’t let it be loose so as to affect its bonding strength. before the solidification, avoiding contacting with water and oil. the time of the solidification and maintenance(outside temperature) (outdoor) is generally 24 hours. after 24 hours, if it is qualified by the engineer’s inspection, we can bond the steel bar timely. During the solidification, don’t disturb the steel bar until it reaches the strength. assigning the personnel to care or do the barriers for the protection.
H, after finishing all the procedures, reporting to the relevant personnel for the check and acceptance. if it is qualified after the inspection and has been reported to the check of concealed construction,       entering the next working procedure.
Conclusion

Matters needing attention when implanting the steel bar

When drilling and implanting the steel bar, we need to strictly follow the technical specification of concrete structure strengthening to construct.
before implanting the steel bar, we should check the planting bar adhesive and other materials. the particular way is: implanting a group of steel bar according to the technological requirements and procedures, drawing after solidifying. when drawing, we should observe the conditions of structural adhesive at any time. when the drawing value arrives at the design value of steel bar, adhesive surface has no distortion, crack or displacement(or minimal displacement), when arriving at the yielding point, steel bar deforms, pressure gauge has no pressure falling(but also think it qualified even if the structural adhesive would be pulled out, because at this moment the sticky power is greater than the design strength value)

For the original planting bar, if it has conditions, it also can do sample drawing inspection. But drawing strength value can only reach the design value. because if it is over strength value, steel bar is easy to be damaged. at this moment the stress of steel bar in the component does not exist.
