    MKT-carbon fiber plate is reinforced uni-directional plate, and manufactured by imported high-quality carbon fiber of Toray Industries and molding resin composite materials. Our company carbon fiber plate has a good performance of high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, anti-seismic, impact-resistance, and so on.


    Carbon fiber unidirectional carbon fiber plate brings into full play the strength and elastic modulus of carbon fiber, and in the construction it can shorten resin curing period of carbon fiber unidirectional fabric, increase strength efficiency and convenient construction.


    We mainly manufacture four kinds of specifications of carbon fiber plate as follows: 5cm × 1.2mm; 10cm × 1.2mm;  5cm × 1.4mm; 10cm × 1.4mm


    Key Features

    1. High strength, good efficiency

    Carbon fiber plate has excellent physical and mechanical properties, tensile strength is more than 10-15 times of ordinary steel, elastic modulus is better than steel, excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance and seismic resistance. It is very suitable for rebar concrete structure reinforcement and repairment and maintenance.


    2. Light weight, excellent flexibility

    Carbon fiber plate is stronger than steel, but the weight is only 1/5 of steel, higher toughness, and can be coiled up for extensive length supply without overlapping.


    3. Convenient installation, construction quality is easy to assure

    It can be operated in wet conditions without large-scale construction equipment, without on-site fixed facilities. Carbon fiber length can be arbitrarily cut, the construction is simple and short construction time. This kind of material is allowed to overlap, does not require pre-processing, and its working procedure is convenient.


    4. Good durability and corrosion resistance

    Anti-acid, alkali, salt, and corrosion in atmospheric environment, no need of regular maintenance. It has protective effect for internal concrete structure and achieves dual purpose of reinforcing and mending.


    In addition: ① carbon fiber plate is more applicable for prestressed reinforcement, bringing into full play the role of high-strength of carbon fiber materials; ② Construction is simple and efficient, and the quality guarantee become easy; ③ The carbon fiber plate is easy to keep straight and smooth than carbon fiber sheet, so it is more beneficial for carbon fiber to take effect; ④ One piece of 1.2mm thickness carbon fiber plate is equivalent to 5 pieces of carbon fiber sheet; ⑤ Carbon fiber plate is more suitable for masonry wall reinforcement compared with carbon fiber sheet; ⑥ Carbon fiber-glass fiber composite plate not only can improve the elongation of concrete structure, but also can reduce the cost of carbon fiber plate.

    Construction Guide

    1. Construction preparation;

    2. Treatment of concrete surface;

    3. Drill and embed the high-strength threaded rod on the steel elements position of carbon fiber plate tensioning end and fixing end according to the requirements of design drawings;

    4. Install steel members of tensioning and fixing end when threaded rod achieved the design strength after cured;

    5. Clean the bonding surface of carbon fiber plate with acetone before pasting;

    6 .Coating adhesive between the bonding surface of carbon fiber plate and the end of beam, the bonding surface of anchor device and the end of beam;

    7. Install the carbon fiber plate;

    8. Stretch-draw the carbon fiber plate and observe the deflection change of beam;

    9. After the stretch-drawing, paint 5mm thickness adhesive on both sides of carbon fiber plate (included the carbon fiber plate) as the protective layer of carbon fiber plate;

    10. Coat a layer of adhesive at the nut of fixed anchor device and also coat anti-rust oil layer on the surface of all metal pieces, and then install the nut caps of tensioning end and fixing end of anchor device;

    11. Brush both sides of reinforced beam (including nut caps) with high strength and high adhesion mortar protective coating layer.

    Caution: Do not roll or drag carbon fiber plate if it does not have protective layer to avoid damaging the carbon fiber plate.


    Storage

    Carbon fiber plate should be stored in dry and well-ventilated place and protect from sunlight.
