  We are familiar with carbon fiber sheet and carbon fiber plate, but there is another "carbon fiber family" member--carbon fiber mesh, so what's that? Scroll down and take a look!

  NJMKT carbon fiber mesh was made of Toray carbon fiber. It can be used to match with NJMKT high strength injection mortar. It is applied for bending reinforcement, shear reinforcement, axial compression reinforcement, seismic reinforcement, crack control reinforcement, etc..

 

  Features:

● Easy construction, fast and convenient installation: The base material needs no leveling and repair work before construction, mortar spraying painting machine can be used for large construction area, the construction speed becomes efficient.

● Perfect anti-crack effect: Suitable for structural crack control and reinforcement.

● Excellent durability: Carbon fiber is inert material, so it will not be corroded, also it has alkaline protecting function for original steel bar. The carbonation of concrete and chloride in concrete will not affect the performance of carbon fiber mesh.

● Good fire resistance performance: 1cm mortar protection layer can meet the fire protection standard ISO 834 F60.

● Suitable for wet surface & environment: Wetting the base material before the construction, there is no requirement of moisture content of base material, suitable for wet surface.

● Thin reinforcement thickness: Generally, the thickness of mortar is only 1.5-2cm. The thickness of sprayed concrete protection coating can be reduced (such as tunnel, it can reduce the thickness of 4cm more or less).
