Is the carbon fiber carbon cloth suitable for all concrete buildings?

First of all, if the deformation of the building structure is serious, it should not be reinforced with carbon fiber carbon cloth.  Because the carbon fiber carbon cloth is relatively lagging behind the building structure, if it is used for the slab reinforcement project with insufficient bearing capacity to form a large deformation. Third, when the shearing force of the building structure is relatively large, it can no longer be reinforced with carbon fiber carbon cloth.  Everyone knows that carbon fiber carbon cloth has strong tensile strength, but sometimes there will be large shearing force when there is a problem in the building. Especially if the shearing force is perpendicular to the building component, this time, carbon fiber carbon cloth is attached, and the tensile strength is applied.  The force will balance with the building components.  In this case, even if the carbon fiber carbon cloth is successfully reinforced, it is stable for a while and cannot be long-lasting.
