The direct bonding steel plate method is a commonly used reinforcement method in engineering practice, and is particularly suitable for tensioned and bent members. Before sticking the sizing compound, firstly, the bolt hole of the expanded wire is made by mechanical drilling on the steel plate. Secondly, the bolt holes are drilled on the raft so that the anchored expansion wire can be aligned through the hole of the steel plate and can be smoothly inserted into the boring to tighten. After drilling, use a compressor to clean the contents of the hole and then scrub with industrial alcohol. It is also possible to use the detecting instrument to determine the drilling position on the boring hole for drilling. However, if the steel bar is hit by the instrument, the hole position should be adjusted according to the actual situation on the site, and it is forbidden to damage the stressed steel bar.

When the moisture content of the crucible is 6%, the adhesive is applied. If the moisture content is too high, the artificial method should be used to accelerate the drying to eliminate the adhesive strength due to the softening of the adhesive. When pasting and smearing, the middle thick edge must be thinned horizontally, and the upper side should be thick and thin, and no leakage is ensured. In this way, in the subsequent pressure extrusion, the colloid is evenly distributed, and the phenomenon that the center position is formed into an empty drum or the colloid thickness is insufficient is avoided. At the same time, in order to fully infiltrate, penetrate, diffuse and adhere to the bonding surface, a small amount of reinforced steel glue can be used to scrape back and forth several times on the bonding surface. It has  excellent resistance to damp and heat aging, chemical corrosion and water resistance, and it can be operated at low temperature, and also can be constructed underwater. During the steel plate resetting process, if the area of the bonded steel plate is large, the steel plate can be quickly tilted down to prevent the colloidal flow and the joint surface from forming an empty drum due to air blockage; if the vertical surface is pasted, a layer of glass cloth can be added to prevent runny; If a slight sputum or lack of glue is found, it should be refilled in time, and the glue must be filled to fill the gap between the steel plate and the crucible. Mankate's reinforced steel adhesive has a constant thixotropy that prevents waste and rework caused by the emptying of the steel sheet.

 

The steel plate is fixed immediately after resetting, and the non-anchor region was fixed with M12 expansion wire, and the anchoring area is fixed with M16 chemical bolts. In particular, the anchoring of the end must be in accordance with the design drawings to meet the structural requirements to prevent stress concentration and early shear damage.

It should  be evenly slow during the pressurization. If the pressure is too large, the adhesive layer is too thin to form a lack of glue. If the pressure is too small, the adhesive layer is too thick, resulting in uneven thickness of the adhesive layer and loose pores, resulting in a decrease in adhesive bonding performance. In order to discharge the air in the glue joint, the low molecular volatile matter is prevented from generating bubbles, and the pressure is reduced in the middle of the pressurization. The pressure can be relieved after 24 hours under normal temperature, and the curing is completed after 48 hours, and can be used after 3 days. Note that the original structure and steel plate shall not be subjected to vibration loads during the curing time of the glue.
