What are the requirements for concrete reinforcement materials?

The anchoring effects of the reinforced rubber on the steel bar is not to bear the tensile load of the steel bar by the tensile force generated by the expansion and friction of the anchor rib and the substrate, but to utilize the anchoring force of the self-adhesive material to make the anchor rod and the substrate effective. The anchors are anchored together to produce a bond strength and mechanical bite force. Therefore, there are some important requirements for the materials in the reinforcement.

 

Firstly, the steel bars are important. In the "Technical Regulations for Anchorage of Concrete Structures" and "Code for Design of Concrete Structure Reinforcement", the steel bars used for reinforcement are defined as ribbed steel bars or full-thread screws, and cold-rolled torsion bars and light-reinforced bars cannot be used. The transverse ribs of the ribbed steel bar enable the reinforced colloid to form ribs that engage the steel bars in the anchoring section, and these ribs ensure long-term anchorage of the reinforcing steel.

However, according to the corresponding regulations and the importance of the structural members, the reinforcement of the non-load-bearing structure can be made of light-round reinforcement, such as the frame structure to fill the wall. But if the reinforcement of the vertical distribution of shear wall uses Class I steel bars, it is not appropriate.

 

Secondly, the choice of planting bar adhesive is also very important for the reinforcement. Mankate Technology's epoxy resin adhesive is mainly composed of epoxy resin, A and B two-component epoxy adhesive, with thixotropic properties, high tensile and shear strength, excellent resistance to aging and fatigue. The glue requires a small hole diameter, and the vertical hole, the horizontal hole and the inverted hole can be easily implanted. Generally, the diameter of the borehole is d+28mm, and the anchoring depth is 15d. The anchoring force value of the planted steel is generally greater than the yield value, which satisfies the requirements of Grade A adhesive of Concrete Structure Reinforcement Design Specification GB50367-2006. When the planting bar reaches a certain anchoring depth, the implanted steel bar has a strong pull-out resistance and has substantially no slip, thereby ensuring anchoring strength and long-lasting endurance strength.
