Welding is an essential part of the anchoring process, and many key parts need to be welded to ensure its safety. Similarly, the pre-embedded channel acts as a type of anchor. Can it be welded like other family partners?
In fact, the pre-buried channels are weldable, and even a good level of welding process can provide a better anchoring effect to the pre-buried channels. So what can we do to solder the pre-buried channel? Today we are invited the technical experts of Nanjing Mankate to explain how to solder the pre-buried channel.
There are many ways to weld. Generally, the embedded channels will be submerged by arc welding. In this case, it is necessary to pay close attention to the combination of arc ignition, arc and top pressure, and pay attention to it at any time. Remove the rust and debris from the plate clamps, as these debris will affect safety and correct the shape of the electrode slots in time.
There are also many problems in the welding process. During the welding process of the pre-buried channel, there will be many problems, such as quality problems like steel undercuts, pores, slag inclusions, steel plate penetration, and steel plate depression. So we have to find out the reasons and know them in time to ensure quality.
If manual welding is used, the height of the fillet weld of the pre-buried channel shall meet the specified standards. When using perforated plug welding, the holes of the steel plate should be made into a bell mouth. The diameter of the inner mouth should be 4mm larger than the diameter of the steel bar. The inclination angle of a muscle is 45 and the end of the steel bar is extended into the steel plate about 2mm. The pre-buried channel should be welded. Pay special attention to strictly control the amount of current to prevent burning the steel bars.
The pre-buried channels with good quality can also effectively help to eliminate some problems in the welding process, such as the pre-embedded channels produced by Nanjing Mankate. It has passed through 19 certifications, and materials with preferred Q235B or special requirements made for manufacturing which can meet your welding needs.
