What is post anchoring?

The rear anchoring has the advantages of simple construction and flexible operation with respect to pre-buried anchoring.
According to the working principle and structure of the anchor bolt, the anchoring performance and the applicable range are quite different. Generally, it is divided into three types in China:
1) Mechanical anchor bolt: The anchor bolt is formed by the friction action or the lock key between the anchor bolt and the anchor hole, and is further divided into the bottom anchor type anchor and the expansion type anchor bolt according to the working principle.
2) Chemical anchor: It consists of a metal screw and anchoring glue. The metal screw is cemented and fixed in the borehole of the concrete substrate. The anchor bolt is anchored by the anchoring glue. It is divided into common chemical anchor bolt and special reverse cone type chemical anchor bolt.
3) Planting bars: It is a kind of postanchor connection technology widely used in the domestic engineering community. The chemical adhesive, which is anchoring glue, is used to fix the ribbed steel bar and the screw cement in the bore of the concrete substrate, through bonding and locking effects to anchor the connected piece. The mechanism of chemical planting bars and bonding anchors is similar, but the length of chemical planting bars is not limited and similar to the anchoring method of pre-embedded steel bars, and the failure mode is easy to control.
Different types of anchors have different results depending on the mechanism of action and structural forms. It can be said that the quality of anchor bolt construction results is related to the choice of anchor bolts to a great extent.
