How to use barreled planting-bar glue:
1. Positioning: According to the design requirements, the position of the drill hole is accurately determined by using the steel bar detector (avoiding the steel bar).
2. Drilling: Drilling holes in the determined position according to the design requirements (depth, aperture)by using electric impact drills. In order to ensure the full play of the anchored steel bars, the burial and aperture of the steel bars should be strictly in accordance with the design requirements. The structure of the concrete members shall not cut the original main ribs of the members and other stressed steel bars. The wall of the hole has to be intact without cracks and honeycombs. (If the hole and the component steel bar position do not coincide, arrange the expansion bolt hole according to the design drawing; if the hole and the component steel bar position coincide, in order to ensure that the original component steel bar is not damaged, the hole is adjusted appropriately and the hole arrangement is drawn as a sketch or recorded.)
3. Clear the hole: clean it immediately after the hole is formed. Use the brush to remove the dust from the hole wall no less than 3 times. Use a high-pressure air gun to blow out the dust. The hole should be completely dry. Use cotton yarn to draw the acetone to wipe the hole wall again. If the ribs cannot be implanted in time after clearing the holes, the holes must be temporarily blocked to prevent dust, gravel, etc. from entering the holes.
4, steel decontamination: use mechanical methods or wire brush to remove the rust and oxide layer of the surface of the planting bars areas and then use acetone to remove residual oil on the steel. The treated steel bars should be implanted into the holes as soon as possible to avoid re-rusting or oiling.
5, prepare glue: as needed, take the needed amount of glue from the A and B materials of the barreled glue (according to the instructions for use), and mix quickly.
6. injection: the glue should be injected into the hole as low pressure as possible, and the bubbles will be discharged to ensure the glue layer is full.
7. planting bars: insert the reinforcing bar with the fixed card at the two ends of the hole to fix the steel bar (because the beam planting bar hole is through hole, so the position of the bar is fixed), and the injection hole and the vent hole are reserved in the fixed card. The hole is arranged under the fixed card, and one end can be taken; the vent hole is arranged above the fixed card at both ends of the beam and a 20cm upward vent pipe is added; the diameter of the vent pipe is small and close to the apex of the cross section of the planting hole, preferably at the top of the cross section of planting bar holes a small gap is cut and the vent pipe is installed. The hole end is sealed with fast hard epoxy resin to ensure that the injection hole and the vent hole are unblocked).
8. maintenance and curing: the steel bars that have been implanted in the holes should be cured at room temperature and must not be disturbed. After 24 hours, the next step of construction work can be carried out (paste steel plate). Generally, the adhesive can be fully cured in 3-5 days at 20 ° C, and the on-site sampling inspection should be carried out after five days.
Construction flow chart of barreled reinforced glue:
Precautions when planting bars:
1. When the temperature is low, the component A and the component B can be warmed in a warm water pot (barrel) of 60-80 ° C to reduce the viscosity.
2, The temperature of the construction environment should be below 40 ° C. The initial curing time at room temperature is 2 hours. 24 hours later at room temperature it can be initially cured. When in a negative temperature or humid environment, the curing time is slightly longer.
