As we all know, carbon fiber cloth has excellent performance. Whether it is a high-standard subway, a bridge, or a house building in life, carbon fiber cloth can be used in various structural reinforcements. With the increasing emphasis on the safety of buildings in recent years, the reinforcement technology of carbon fiber cloth in buildings has also been continuously improved. Today, experts in reinforcement technology from Nanjing Mankate are invited to introduce how to carry out beam reinforcement.
The beam surface here refers to the girders of most buildings. As the main load-bearing part of the building, as time goes by the girders may crack and affect the safety of the building. So how do you use a carbon fiber cloth for beam reinforcement?
There are mainly the following steps:
1. Perform the base surface treatment, remove the uneven part by grinding and then roll the bottom epoxy resin, and correct the inconsistency of the ink line → then the amount of the epoxy resin impregnated glue must be sufficient and full → then the key step is to stick the carbon fiber cloth, the cut carbon fiber cloth is attached to the concrete coating surface, and the carbon fiber cloth should be straight and extended. (If the carbon fiber cloth has a joint, the length of the joint should be 20mm, and the joint should be 1/3 of the total length of the substrate, not in the middle of the substrate).
2. The first bottom beam is full of two layers, and then U-shaped hoops are evenly arranged on the side beams and the bottom beams. The height of the U-shaped hoop is the height of the cross-section of the concrete, and the width of the U-shaped hoop is 2/3 of the carbon fiber cloth of the bottom beam and not less than 200mm, the spacing between the U-shaped hoops is the width of the carbon fiber cloth of the bottom beam; after the U-shaped hoop is attached, a transverse bead is placed along the length of the two side beams to press the end of the U-shaped hoop, and the width of the bead is 3/5 of the bottom beam carbon fiber cloth.
3. In order to ensure the firmness of the carbon fiber cloth, it is necessary to roll in, bleed, and roll the epoxy resin impregnating glue twice to ensure sufficient coverage of the surface of the cloth to make sure sufficient wetting of the fibers of the carbon fiber cloth. Finally, the effect of the carbon fiber cloth is closely adhered.
4. The last step is sandblasting. Sprinkle 3-6mm sand (quartz sand) on the coated surface to ensure the adhesion of the paint layer.
