The construction technique of pasting carbon fiber cloth
1, the treatment of the base surface.
The surface of the substrate is fully polished without any attachment. The sharp corners of pasting positions must be ground to a round corner with a minimum inner diameter (r) of 20mm. Since the purpose of using carbon fiber cloth is to improve structural components, we should determine the conditions of the base surface so that it can transfer the load from the cloth to the surface of the structure.
2, painting the bottom leveling glue, and modify the mismatch, ink line.
3, painting carbon fiber impregnated glue to the adhesive surface.
4. pasting the well-cut carbon fiber cloth on the surface of the concrete coating, and the carbon fiber cloth should be straight and stretched. (If the carbon fiber cloth has a joint, the length of lap should be 20cm. And the joint should be at the 1/3 of the base material, not in the middle of the substrate).
5, using hard rubber roller or plastic hanging plate to repeatedly roll to promote carbon fiber straight, extended, no bubbles, full penetration of adhesive.
6. rolling the carbon fiber impregnated glue on the carbon fiber cloth again to ensure that the surface of cloth is fully covered and that the glue fully infiltrates the fibers of carbon fiber cloth.
7. finally using sand with 3~6mm(quartz sand) to sprinkle on the coated surface to ensure the adhesion of the paint layer.
