How to reinforce the wall with cracks?

Jan. 27, 2018

Yesterday, I introduced to you the method of using sealant glue to repair when the concrete appears cracks. It is  feasible to use sealant glue  for the small cracks of wall and concrete. If you encounter a large crack or the overall wall has been certain dangerous factors, we must consider to use the method of carbon fiber cloth reinforcement. Today we will talk about the process of the carbon fiber cloth reinforcement.

As we said before, one of the reasons for wall cracks is the temperature. If the temperature is too high during the shrinkage of the concrete, cracks will be generated. This kind of small cracks can be reinforced with the sealant glue. The other is due to the structural problems or problems caused by the foundation. For example, uneven foundation. In view of this situation, it has seriously affected the wall and load forces. We must use carbon fiber cloth reinforcement method to repair the wall and to avoid the risk factors. The specific process is as follows:

1. Surface treatment: ground the surface with a grinding machine so that the construction surface is dry, dust-free and smooth.

2. Smear primer glue: smear the primer glue evenly on the surface to be reinforced with a brush. When it is not sticky, using the leveling glue (repair glue) to amend the non-co-ordination.

3. Paste Cloth: after the leveling glue is hard, brush the dipping glue evenly on the surface to be reinforced and then paste the cloth; roll on the surface of cloth with a cylinder and defoam; roll the surface of the rolling penetration, defoaming;

4. Smear again: roll the dipping glue on the surface of cloth with a cylinder and defoam.

These are Mankate carbon fiber cloth reinforcement processes. Good carbon fiber cloth can allow us to be away from the insecure factors. If you have any need, please choose Nanjing Mankate!
