*Specially developed for dynamic load environment, bond the plate to concrete structure, masonry structure, bridge beam, column, etc. to improve load capacity
Instruction:
*Mix the two-component adhesive well according to its weight proportion of Component A: Component B = 2:1 strictly. When properly mixed, adhesive will be an even color for use, the mixed adhesive is better to be used up within applicable period (about 30 minutes).
*Perfect permeability to the bonding surface of concrete and carbon fiber plate, during pasting, according to width direction of plate, pasting adhesive thick in the middle and thin in the both sides, then scrape to required adhesive thickness (adhesive thickness depends on the flatness of bonding surface of existing structure ).
Cure maintenance:
*Carbon fiber plate adhesive can be cured to 70% in one day in the operating temperature of ≥25℃, it can bear load after three days; When the operating temperature is about 5 ℃,the cure time is relatively extended, two days is 70%, five days for load bearing; if the temperature is below 5℃, you should deal with thermal curing process or you can use our special low temperature adhesive depending on your installation condition
Caution:
*Mix the adhesive well according to its weight proportion strictly
*Construction crew should take steps of protective measures to keep it from eyes
*Remaining adhesive cannot be poured into original barrels
Packing:
*Two kinds of packing: 45kg (A+B two barrels)/pair; 10kg (A+B two barrels)/pair
Storage:
*Shelf life: At least 12 months from date of manufacture in unopened container when store in dry and well-ventilated place. Please store in ambient temperature from 5 ℃ to 40 ℃, away from open flame, heating devices
*Adhesive specialized for low temperature can be stored in ambient temperature from -5 ℃ to 40 ℃
*Handle with care, protect from rain, sunlight and place upward during loading and unloading transportation
